Kelly M. Arbogast, Esq.

Kelly M. Arbogast, a Mt. Lebanon native, is a former journalist who is passionate about art and the practice of law.

Kelly focuses her practice in Litigation and Business Law. She has experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate drafting, HOA law, real estate, and landlord-tenant issues. She is also growing her art law practice to provide support to local artists and writers in the community.

After completing her bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University in 2012, where she received degrees in Philosophy and English, Kelly became a proud AmeriCorps volunteer. She helped housing-insecure individuals find stability. During her tenure with AmeriCorps, Kelly volunteered at the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in Phoenix, Arizona. There, Kelly developed conversational fluency in Spanish and a deep love for chile rellenos.

Kelly earned her juris doctor degree in 2022 from the Tom Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, where she was enrolled in the evening division. There, she was a member of the trial advocacy team where she and her team won the intra-school mock trial competition, with Kelly being named as one of the top three best advocates overall.

Prior to and during law school, Kelly was an award-winning media professional highlighting the best of Pittsburgh.

Prior to joining Anderson & Labovitz, Kelly worked for a mid-sized Pittsburgh firm with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. She conducted due diligence, assisted business clients in asset and stock transactions, and drafted a variety of contracts and corporate documents.

Away from the office, Kelly is an avid reader and traveler who enjoys spending time with her family, painting portraits (poorly), and trying new food. She and her husband reside in Mt. Lebanon.
