Natalie A. Potter, Esq.

Attorney Natalie A. Potter focuses her practice in the areas of Real Estate, Landlord-Tenant Matters, and Civil Litigation. Natalie has represented clients in the prosecution and defense of a wide variety of legal matters throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 

Natalie has extensive experience and expertise in the areas of Real Estate and Landlord-Tenant law. She represents a national property management company, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers throughout the Commonwealth. Natalie has represented landlords and tenants in eviction matters, providing meaningful advice on lease agreements, dispute resolution, and general guidance as to the rights and obligations of the parties. Additionally, she assists clients in the purchase or sale of property, which includes working with title companies, inspectors and lenders. 

Prior to joining Anderson & Labovitz, LLC, Natalie served as a law clerk for a large commercial litigation firm in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and worked as an associate attorney for other small and mid-size law firms where she gained experience in business formation and maintenance, civil litigation, employment law, insurance defense litigation, and real estate law. Through her work, Natalie has gained meaningful experience enabling her to assist clients with complex legal matters, and serves as a zealous advocate. 

Natalie has been admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 

Outside of the office, Natalie enjoys attending Pittsburgh sporting events, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
